Description of spiral juice extractor

1.The main part which contact the fruits is made of stainless steel,is very health and safe.

2. The tomato juice machine can process pineapple,orange,apple,pear,malt,grape,mango,and other fruits(Containing certain moisture).

3.This tomato juice  machine also can process some vegetables,like Cabbage ,radish,spinach,carrot, ettuce, celery,and other vegetables (the moisture content should be at least 50%).

4.We have two types for screw extractor,one is ordinary juicer,without the broken function.Like spinach,malt,ettuce,can choose the ordinary juicer.But like apple,pear,carrot,can choose the fruit juice screw extractor with broken function.

Working principle of pineapple juicer machine 

1.When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiral and the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part.

2.The movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.
